• Freiman often creates a preliminary sketch during the conversation

Proposal and Commencement

• Receive email with 2-3 size options and corresponding prices

• Prices align with Freiman's current gallery work

• Confirm size and substrate

• Freiman begins the painting

Mid-Process Review

• Second meeting when painting is 50-75% complete

• In-person meetings preferred, video calls available

• Confirm direction of painting and make adjustments

• 50% deposit requested upon agreement

• Frame order initiated

• Approximate completion date scheduled

Completion and Delivery

• Final review and potential minor adjustments

• Artwork varnished and framed

• Full payment due upon completion
